Beautiful Shots From Dakar Rally 2015
The Dakar Rally is an annual rally race organized by the Amaury Organization. Most events since the inception in 1978 were from Paris, France to Dakar, Senegal. However, due to security threats in Mauritania, which led to the cancellation of the 2008 rally, the Dakar Rally has been held in South America since 2009. It’s the seventh edition of extreme competition in the world. Using motorcycles, quad bikes, cars, or trucks, the competitors travel through extreme terrains in Argentina, Chile and Bolivia, challenging their mechanical, driving and orienteering skills. The race ended last week in Buenos Aires after covering more than 5,592-mile loop-shaped course.
