The First Images of BMW’s 330e Plug in Hybrid
BMW has been working diligently on its cars for the future. The electric car is having its rebirth, and we’re ready for it. The BMW 330e plug in hybrid is the first stepping stone to a much brighter, eco friendly future for BMW.
The sleek machine is powered by a plug-in hybrid drive system with a combined output of around 250 horse power and 310 lb-ft, giving the BMW 330e a 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of approximately 6.1 and a top speed of 140 mph. With an engine that’s capable of traveling approximately 22 miles in all electric mode, allows essentially zero local emissions. Which means you’ll fuel it very minimally if you use it as a daily driver. Couple this with BMW’s situational awareness feature and real time traffic information and you have a knight rider competitor.
